WELLBEING 101

In this interactive session you’ll be guided through the seven pillars of wellbeing, and have time to reflect on how we can embed collective care into our organisations. -

Ever feel like your emotions are more heightened than normal, or that you have less patience and resilience for the work?
In this session we’ll remind ourselves of what it means to be working within our window of tolerance, and how the drama triangle needs to be at the forefront of our thinking, as well as reflecting on the specific challenges of the domestic abuse sector and how we can ensure we’re not losing sight of our own needs. -
